CONCERT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS 2023

WHEN:

SATURDAY 2ND DECEMBER (times below)

WHERE:

PITTWATER HIGH SCHOOL HALL

Reminder - This year, we are dividing the concert into two showcases on the same day. (Morning and Afternoon). If you have multiple performers, you only need to buy one ticket. While we tried to keep siblings in the same showcase, it wasn't always possible.

Dance Alley students who are performing get free entry to the showcase they're not in. Family and friends who are not performers can pre-purchase tickets for either showcase. Ticket sales will open later in the year.

TIMES:

Morning Showcase 10:00am (- 11:30am approx)

* Tiny Tots (Mon, Wed, Fri classes) - arrive 9:30am

Tiny Tots stay with parents until students are called to side stage at start of show. Once tiny tots have performed their song, we will do their presentation on stage straight afterwards. We will then ask one parent per student to walk up to left side of stage to take their child into the audience with them to watch the remainder of the performances.

All other Students arrival window: 9:00-9:30am

- Pre-Primary (Monday class)

- Pre-Primary (Wednesday class)

- Mini Musical Theatre (Monday class)

- Other Senior students/Helpers

- Bek, Selina, Rosie (trio)

- Anika (solo)

*Awards presentation for all above students (except solo/trio & seniors)

Afternoon Showcase 3:00pm (- 4:30/5:00pm approx)

Student arrival window: 2:00-2:30pm

- Primary (Tues & Thurs classes)

- Ballet (Mon class)
